Prices and availability

Prices and stock change through the day. The price shown when you place the order is the price you pay.

Very occasionally something sells at the counter between your order and our packing it. If that happens we ring you before doing anything else. We will not quietly send less than you ordered or substitute something else.

Paying

Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ৳10,000.00. Above that we ask for a 10% advance before the parcel ships, which covers the cost of a delivery that is refused.

You can also pay the whole amount online when you order.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Bangladesh. Charges are by area: Collect from our shop: ৳0.00; Gopalganj & nearby: ৳60.00; Rest of Bangladesh: ৳150.00.

Delivery times depend on the courier and we do not guarantee a date. If something is going to be slow, we tell you rather than let you wonder.

Cancelling

You can cancel any order that has not yet been despatched, at no cost. Once it is with the courier, treat it as a return.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. A business account gets wholesale rates once we have approved it, and those rates are for that business, not for resale of the login.
